Hi there and welcome to Nexus Active, my name is Glen Rienecker, the owner and Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor here at Nexus Active. I have the passion and ability to coach you to success with your fitness and health goals.

 

I am constantly seeking improvements in the effectiveness and efficiency of physical training, with almost forty years of personal experience in exercising for fitness behind me. During this time, I have used many different types of training methods, principles and modalities. Combined with evidence based science, have honed this experiential knowledge into what guarantees success, without wasting your precious time and energy.


 

 

 

 


A major component of Nexus Active’s training is Connection Focused Movement: truly functional, practical movements and exercises, so you can Move Strong, Move Powerful and Move Free, the way you are designed to move. 

 

 To help increase your functional strength, power, conditioning, mobility and overall fitness, (muscle growth too), all of your workouts are designed, using highly effective methods to ensure the best results in the most efficient way possible, with the option of also being done organically, split up into shorter sessions throughout your day if needed. They are so effective, that most people can achieve their fitness goals with just two to three x 20-35 minute sessions per week, (depending on your goals & current fitness level).

 

 The training sessions are also designed for longevity. They will build you up, not break you down, or burn you out. You will feel invigorated, alive, stronger and more powerful after each session. I’m not saying that it will be easy, you will be challenged, but at just the right amount, at just the right time to ensure your success. 

  

 

 

If you haven’t already, I truly hope that you do start and continue on your fitness and health journey.  You only have one body in this lifetime and I am here to help you to look after it and nourish it in ways so it can continue to function to the best of its ability.
