Professionally custom designed and crafted to help you succeed in your quest for greater strength, power, fitness, mobility, more muscle and less body fat. While these program options aren't quite the same as having your own private One-on-One Personal Training Sessions, they are the very next best thing. Some even say, that's it's far superior, because they can train whenever and wherever they choose.

 

 

Designed for You

 These are not another cookie-cutter programs or routines that you can find all over the internet and in fitness magazines, promising you the sky but delivering little to no results. Sure, some of them will work for some people, some of the time, but to truly get the most out of your fitness training, whether it’s for strength, power, muscle gain, fat loss etc, it always works best if you can start from where you are at, with a program designed specifically for you and then progress correctly at the right pace as you become adapted to each level. 

 

 Maybe you tried to follow an exercise program in the past but couldn’t stick with it, or didn’t get much results or even failed miserably at it.  All of these problems and more are most likely lacking one thing… a good Personal Trainer and this is where I can help.  I have the knowledge and experience to firstly, design an appropriate program for you and then, correctly guide and assist you in a highly professional way.

 I will not only provide you with a perfect plan and the right program to help you reach your goals, but also support and motivate you when needed and help keep you accountable to yourself and what you really want. To help propel your success leaps and bounds ahead I can make corrections, adjustments and fine tuning of your exercise technique and programming. When these are made at the appropriate moments, they will also save you from wasting your time, your energy and sometimes even from injury.

By the way, if you haven't yet noticed, I don't believe in the "No pain, no gain BS" mentality. You will be doing Training Sessions, not working out. Whatever your goal/s may be, you do NOT have to thrash your body. You can and will be training intelligently with enough of a challenge to stimulate an adaptive response from your body, and enough recovery to ensure your succcess.

It all starts with the Premium Package;

  • A detailed, custom designed fitness program based on your individual needs and goals.

  • This includes any training modality that is required in your program; Resistance Training, HIIT, SIT, Cardio, Metabolic Conditioning etc, and utilizing various training tools such as bodyweight, sandbags, weights, machines, kettlebells etc.

  • For any and every day of the week (if you're that keen).

  • Workout whenever and wherever you choose. 

  • Videos and written instructions to help you perform each movement/exercise correctly. 

  • Your program is adjusted and updated precisely when required, so you can adapt and progress at the most effective and efficient rate and get the absolute best out of your training.

  • Up to two exercise/movement, technique checks per week, (simply record a video, upload via the App and get the feedback you need to perform even better).

  • Built in calendar so you can see what you have planned for the week ahead, and also move Training Sessions to a more suitable day if required for any reason.

  • Daily reminders of what you have programmed for the day ahead.

  • In App messaging Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm (AEST), for the support you need to help you succeed.

  • Form new healthy habits through health, fitness, diet and other lifestyle guidance suitable to your needs.

  • If you have an Apple Watch, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, Garmin or Withings, (Google Fit & Samsung Health coming soon) you can connect them to the Training App.

  • Also upload your weight, measurements, bodyfat and before, during and after photos so you can see  and track the results you are achieving.

  • Best of all, you will receive help with your mindset, motivation and the accountability that you need to achieve your goals.

  • I am here for your success, so I will be checking in with you as often as you require.

Please note: Daily, weekly, monthly items, benefits and extras can not be accrued/accumulated for later use, they are to be used in the period stated.

Simplicity and Value

The Premium Package is based on a Monthly Subscription, for a minimum of 3 months, then your subscription will automatically rollover and continue for as long as you desire, and pay either monthly or weekly.

 

Why a minimum Subscription of 3 months?

Simply because most people need at least this long to see real results and build new healthy, life changing habits that will last. 

There's also no lock in contract, so you can cancel anytime, with a minimum of only 14 days notice.

 

Extras

If you ever require even more  support, then you can make 'In App' purchases of  'Add-Ons' such as 'In App messaging 7 days a week, 8am-6pm (AEST)',  additional 'Movement/Exercise Technique Checks',   'Video or Phone Chat',  'Live Video Coaching'. and also coming soon 'Meal Plans and Recipes'.

 

 

Getting Started

 Once you complete an initial online consultation, I will then have a better and more professional understanding of where you are at right now, regarding your level of fitness in its various aspects, what equipment you have available, how much time you are committed to investing each week and also what your particular desires and goals are for your health and fitness, (please see * below). Only after these are established will I be able to properly design a custom made program specifically to suit you and your goals.

 

 When you are filling in the Consultation Form, please be as detailed as possible as this will help me to best help you to achieve your health & fitness goals. I am here for you,  I am here for your success. If you are not succeeding then I don’t think that I am either, it’s what being a Personal Trainer is all about...You and your success in your fitness and health journey.
