Are you ready to naturally get stronger, more powerful, more muscular, lose fat and be leaner, increase your energy levels, get healthier, have better functioning joints and experience an increase in your mobility, balance, flexibility and your overall fitness? This is possible no matter where you are at right now and can even be achieved using just your bodyweight and some minimal equipment, and all in the privacy and comfort of Your own home if that is what you want.

Here at Nexus Active, the predominant type of training that I use, incorporates various modalities such as kettlebells, sandbags, barbells/dumbbells, your own bodyweight and your environment as the resistance. If you don't have a gym membership, or any of the equipment I mentioned, you at least have your body and you most likely have all that you need right now around your home to take you a fair way.  Depending on your levels of strength, a wall, a bench, a table, some chairs, a towel and a pull up bar and some weighty object/s could be all that you need. One Thing Lacking

Maybe you’ve tried to follow an exercise program in the past but couldn’t stick with it or didn’t get good results or even failed miserably at it.  Most of these problems are likely lacking one thing… a good Personal Trainer and this is where I can help.  I have the knowledge, the experience, and the ability to correctly guide and assist you in a highly professional manner. I am a fully qualified Fitness Instructor and  Personal Trainer, and I am also registered with AUSactive (formerly Fitness Australia).

I will not only provide you with a perfect plan and the right program to help you reach your goals, but also support and motivate you when needed and help keep you accountable to yourself and what you really want to achieve. To help propel your success I can make corrections, adjustments and fine tuning of your exercise technique and programming.  When these are done at the appropriate moments, they will also save you time, your energy and sometimes even from injury.

Designed For You

These are not cookie-cutter programs or routines promising you the sky but delivering little to no results. To truly get the most out of your fitness training, whether it’s for strength, power, muscle gain, fat loss etc, it always works best if you can start from where you are at, and progress correctly at the right pace as you adapt to each level.

 

Many people also find it challenging to stick to a fitness program on their own and may quit before seeing any major benefits. The same is true with gym memberships where people quite often spend a lot of money, get all excited for a few weeks and then unfortunately they slip back into their old habits.

 

If you find yourself struggling to stick to a regular fitness routine, don't give up. There is still hope and a very good chance that you can still achieve your goals.  You just need a bit of guidance and motivation at the right times. I am here for you and your success. If you are not succeeding, then I don’t think that I am either.  This is what being a Personal Trainer is all about...you and your success in your fitness and health journey.

 

Getting Started

Once you complete an initial online consultation form, I will also go through a comprehensive in-person consultation as part of your in-person PT package.  I will then have a better understanding of where you are at right now, regarding your level of fitness and mobility and also what your particular goals are for your health and fitness journey (please see * below). After completing the consultation and discussing your goals, I can design a tailor-made program specifically to suit you.

Part of my training philosophy is not just to train you but also teach you along the way. As you progress through the training, you will eventually acquire the knowledge and skills to be able to train yourself independently and confidently, although you can continue to use my professional services to reach new goals or learn new techniques.
