To ensure your success and longevity in all of these, it is important to train correctly in a safe manner at the required levels of effort and the right amount of volume to stimulate an adaptive response from your body. Why train more than you have to, right?  Once your body has been stimulated enough, if you go harder, for longer or too often, you are just wasting your precious time and negatively affecting your body’s ability to recover, adapt and become conditioned to handle more in the future, ie, become stronger, fitter, faster, more powerful, mobile and agile etc. 

 

Here at Nexus Active, all of these can be greatly increased because your training sessions are designed, using highly effective methods to attain the best results in the most efficient way possible, with the option of also being done organically, split up into shorter sessions throughout your day if needed. They are so effective, that most people can achieve their fitness goals with just two to three x 20-35 minute sessions per week, (depending on your goals & current fitness level).

 

The training sessions are also designed for longevity. They will build you up, not break you down, or burn you out. You will feel invigorated, alive, stronger and more powerful after each session. I’m not saying that it will be easy, you will be challenged, but at just the right amount, at just the right time to ensure your success.

During your training with Nexus Active, you will train authentically, the way you are designed to move. You will naturally learn to become more aware of your body, fully connected and functioning as a whole, integrated unit, simply because, this is how your body works. Most of the movements that you will use here, involve more than just individual parts of your body. While certain muscles, joints, fascia, tendons, and ligaments etc. may be more emphasized than others, your whole body will be involved as well, but most importantly, so will your full awareness, attention, and focus. When you train this way, with you as the focal point of the connection, you will experience far greater results overall.
